Hao Bing Motives Sdn Bhd partners with couriers like J&T Express, DHL and Easy Parcel for shipping of your order.  Shipping fee of your order will be displayed to you on our website.

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow up to 3-5 working days (not including weekend or public holiday) for your parcels to be packed and delivered as we will be ensuring that the package is safe for delivery.

RETURN OR REFUND POLICY

Customers may return/exchange the items within 3 days in the following cases:

1)Different from product upon ordering

2)Near expiry (within 3months)

3)Damaged products

-Item must be in items original purchase condition – packing must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
